BRINGING A STRONGER FASHION POINT OF VIEW TO AN INTERNATIONAL OUTERWEAR MANUFACTURER
An international outerwear manufacturer with decades of technical expertise was preparing for upcoming European and Canadian market presentations as they continued expanding into more premium, fashion-focused partnerships. To support this shift, the client needed a stronger seasonal creative direction that would feel more trend-forward, elevated, and commercially inspiring for contemporary outerwear and ski brands.
The project focused on building a cohesive seasonal direction that aligned emerging fashion trends with the manufacturer’s craftsmanship, product capabilities, and evolving market position. Through concept development, trend research, color and fabric direction, and collaborative merchandise planning, new outerwear silhouettes and sample concepts were developed to inspire clients and open new product opportunities.
